Arrive in Boston

On the final day of the cruise, Zuiderdam takes us into Boston. We
are happy to be home and start the day with coffee and breakfast.
We say goodbye to some of the crew members with whom we've
shared his long cruise. Then we prepare for immigration inspection
before disembarking. We finally get off the ship and our hired car



                                                                                                                        takes us to Bounce, a luggage
                                                                                                                        storage facility. From there                                                                                                                            take a cab to the port and the
                                                                                                                        USS Constitution, which was
                                                                                                                        closed for repairs, but we did
                                                                                                      go to the museum next door.
                               
                                                                                                      We walked to the dock where Sue's
                                                                                                      boat was docked when she lived here
                                                                                                      many years ago. Of course, it has
                                                                                                      changed a lot since then.

                                                                                                      We called for an Uber to take us to
                                                                                                      Neptune Oyster for lunch. We waited at the door for over forty-five minutes but it was worth the wait.

We walked back Bounce to retrieve our luggage, walked across the street to North Station and the train took us back to Brunswick, where Tom was waiting to take us home.
